The crescent of the moon is an illusion, the implication of a curve reflecting light down upon the Earth.
The temple is a place for personal and communal reflection on regrets, mistakes, and all of the implications of action in life.
It is gently lit by carefully tuned LED globes designed to mimic the pale reflected hue of moonlight.
The moon pool at the temple center provides a focal point for the structure and a place for visitors to leave offerings to burn with the structure.
